Watched " Martin " Arrow DVD last night and really quite enjoyed it. PQ on both versions wide-screen & 4:3 was very dodgy but still watchable. One of Romero's favorites............... for me though not as good as his Zombie outings.

PS
I blame you people for this.........i have started buying DVD's again after going Blu for some time.

What did you think of the Italian cut with the Goblin soundtrack? I've yet to see this version.

Only seen a couple of minutes of the Italian cut and right from the start the film was edited (missing the first killing) so it was a no go for me. Soundtrack from Goblin was great from the short time i spent on this version though.

Just finished watching Edward Scissorhands, I absolutely love this film, probably my favourite from both Depp and Burton. Always makes me sad seeing Vincent Price's final on screen moments, a true great

Made it through 90 mins of the Synapse 42nd Street Forever blu - cant take any more hyperbole! Matango looks amazing in hi def. wouldn't mind seeing The Depraved, The Dark, Invitation to Ruin, The Evictors (Jessica Harper - who knew?) and Ginger so far. Must admit a lot of this 60s cheesecake stuff bores me, ahem, rigid after 2 mins can't imagine sitting through the lot. Well worth a purchase this set - great fun, but as I say, in manageable doses!

Skyfall (2012)
Bond: "What makes you think this is my first time?"
Silva: "Ooh! Mr Bond!"
Has to go down as one of the greatest lines of dialogue in any Bond movie!

Yeah, basically all of the character moments have been stripped out - ie - the heart of the film . . .
