You just need to put a code in!
Search online for your player model and brand and "region free code" or "region unlock" or something along those lines.
Hey, unfortunately I've got a PS3 and I've tried a few things to unlock it but I don't think a proper region hack is going to happen for it anytime soon.

Still, I may get a cheap BD player just for the Criterions which (I think) can be region-changed with a button combination like the DVD players could.

What if the Ps3 was Jail broken? That would unlock it!

Yeah but from what I've read Sony release firmware updates in order to prevent stuff like that from working for very long.

Haha, you crank

If only BD players could be unlocked with a code! I think therez two shit F&H ones that can, and a Phillips one you can drop some custkmised firmware on. Everything else is hardware modded and not cheap!

I have a couple of cheap Limit Blu-ray players that can be region-changed via a code. The PQ isn't great though due to edge enhancement, but it'll have to do for the time being.
