Curious. What's the difference? The special features all seem the same and they will undoubtedly look the same too.

I prefer to support 88 films, plus theirs will also have a reversible cover (which I'm a suckser for).

I was going to until I saw the special features comparison:

US version

. Audio Commentary with Tim Thomerson and Charles Band

. Trancers featurette

. Interviews with Tim Thomerson, Helen Hunt & Megan Ward

. City of Lost Angels segment from Pulse Pounders trilogy

. Still Gallery

UK (according to amazon)

· Booklet Notes by Calum Waddell

· Videozone Behind the Scenes

· Original Trailer

· Reversible Sleeve Incorporating Original Artwork

No brainer for me based on that

I think you'll find it'll have the same features. I know they're including City of Lost Angels, and all their releases so far equal or better the Full Moon versions.

So. In the past Full Moon has released the first three movies in their big series in close proximity. They always release the first movie (Puppet Master, Subspecies, Trancers) then release the next two together. Is there any news on Trancers 2 and 3 getting the blu ray treatment as well? It seems like a logical step given the release history of their other movies.

No word yet, but Charles Band said in a recent update that they would be starting to release more movies on blu-ray on a regular basis, so I hope the other Trancers films are released sooner rather than later.

I hope we at least get 2 and 3 on blu-ray although I'd still buy 4 and 5 if released but I was never that keen on those two. Perhaps a re-watch may help.

Band has announced that his next blu-ray release is Trancers 2. Better buy that version, as I think 88 may be done with Full Moon soon.

If amazon are right looks like it's been delayed yet again.

I thought I had mentioned this somewhere (but maybe not!). Yeah it's been delayed until next year. Nothing to do with 88 though, and I believe it'll be the last Full Moon film they're releasing.
