It's just a pity they're all region A locked.

Perhaps there's a batch of UK blus on the horizon.....

What we need now from Redemption is Cool It Carol,Home Before Midnight and of course, the crazy but superb House of Mortal Sin/The Confessional.

I think there are - from Odeon. It's just that they seem to be slow / reluctant to release them.

I'll probably pick them up if they have the usual nice notes and if DSM and The Comeback has better artwork than the Kino releases (Wouldn't be hard!)

However,I'll be keeping the US discs as I'm up to date with all those spine numbers.....

Recently watched the excellent Pete Walker film, The Confessional Murders the other night after picking up the VHS and loved it! Such a great concept and a Walker film I hadn't seen previously.

I think the VHS I had may have been a cut version sadly, but still delievered the goods!

I really do, Reaps! The VHS I found says it has a running time of approx 101 mins. IMDb says 104 mins :grr: I couldn't resist picking it up though! When did you last see it buddy?

When the Redemption BD was released mate.
You can guarantee the vhs was cut to ribbons!
Was it the original RCA 'Silver Series' tape?

MORTAL SIN and FRIGHTMARE are easily Walker's masterpieces.

It's not even that version, Reaps!

The VHS I picked up for like 10p is part of RCA's 'Hollywood Thriller Collection' . The artwork doesn't even feature the girl getting strangled by the chain/cross. It's just the vicar holding the chain!

This is the Pete Walker box set I have - 4 excellent movies! Think I'll need to re-visit them - haven't watched those in aggges
