The Strong Uncut Widescreen Vipco VHS I have came from a film collector fair in Cambden in the mid 90's and although it has the English w/s cover with the 18 Cert logo it has a strong uncut version sticker on it but the cassette label does not have any BBFC cert. For a video though it's a pristine copy that was done profesionally so I thinking it's maybe the English box with Dutch cassette???

Just looked and the cover is the Vipco Cult Classic Frightener copyright 1992.
Also says on the back cover "This is the original UK cinema version and has NOT been further cut by the BBFC".

Well it's not! as it's the same as the Shriek Show DVD.
yes, I owned that 1992 Classic frightener Video on the vipco label, cut to bits.
It was in worse shape than one of the zombies featured in the damn movie!
