Seems like any other Munsters (Or Addams Family) thing = crap!

Sheri looks to be it's only redeeming feature.

As a big Munsters fan but can take or leave Rob Zombie films, (my favourite is still "House of a thousand corpses") i think this looks ok.

Not great but ok.

I looks mid budget, as though it's going all retro 60's style, but it also to me looks as though he's going for an 80's camp horror style VHS production.

One of those films that isn't a masterpiece but is an acceptable remake, something that ticks the boxes and will probably be thought of better in 10 years time, like the Scooby doo films.

Mrs Moon Zombie looks to be trying her best to do a passable Lilly impression, Same with Grampa who's mannerisms seem like a decent impression, It's all gonna depend on Herman who was always the centre of the tv show. In the trailer he looks goofy enough but doesn't seem to have the charisma to carry it.

I'm liking the nods to old horror with Nosferatu, the creature and the hairshirt worn in Son of Frankenstein, I don't hate the look of it so far, this is coming from someone who never quite liked Anjelica Huston as Morticia, I'm actually looking forward to it.

Also did anyone else get a slight Lux Interior vibe off Herman?

Anyway the biker Herman outfit was a thing back in the series too...

I do realise it's probably gonna be a massive pile of shit really...but i'm ready and willing so bring it on.

I'm not judging yet either, I think that the way the trailer is cut is a bit weird, it's like a TV spot rather than a movie trailer. It was giving me vibes of the Brady Bunch Movie which was a really good film version of the TV show.

I know he's got a name for some really grotesque horror but The Munsters is a sitcom after all. I look forward to seeing it in full and then I'll say it's shit haha

A new trailer already!

It also looks like the home release is set for September 27th so does this suggest that it is not going to be released to the cinema??
