Excellent stuff dude, I'm going thru a big Crimson phase at the moment, although right now the stereo is wafting out Terry Riley's Rainbow in Curved Air... Poppy Nogood and the Phantom Band is truly an amazing piece of music...

I'm presently listening to 'The Collectable King Crimson:Vol 1. Live in Mainz, 1974 and Live in Ashbury Park, 1974.' Good stuff if you haven't got them.

Nope I don't think I have that one... I have the Great Deceiver sets... That improv opening of The Night Watch, the one that was grafted onto the studio cut on Starless and Bible Black is one of the most beautiful pieces of music on record I think...

I think the 'Collectable' series is up to Vol 5 at present. I've not got "The Great Deceiver" sets, so I'll look into them.

I was pushing some Crimson on a friend and he was not biting... Prog rock is still a dirty word...
