I have the original Elektra vinyl release of it plus many other Love records. Sheer class. |

Did you get to see Lee when he toured "Forever Changes" with strings and brass? It was excellent and a dream come true for me.Certainly a lot better than when the Electric Prunes reformed.Sadly I missed my other fave 60s band The Sonics when they reformed recently.

I Had Too Much To Dream Last Night is one of the true gems of the 60's (amazingly it barely charted over here). I still think how surreal it is to see it on Frank Sinatra's Reprise label. The drumming on Love's 7 And 7 Is wears me out every time I hear it. |

Don't worry I've a feeling NIN are going to be the metal version of the eagles and the 'final' tour will go on for another 20 years. I've been a fan of NIN since Pretty hate machine came out and have seen them 4 times twice in Dublin and twice in Manchester. Pissed me off they played at a big festival(Oxegen) this year as part of the 'Farewell' tour and not their own separate gig somewhere. Never thought Reznor would sell out like that. |
