Been listening to Laurie Anderson all weekend. I know this is her most famous track, but it really is special: O Superman

I haven't actually listened to her first album, but I own 'Bright Red' and 'Homeland' and they're amazing!

Yeh, I love Homeland too, but Big Science is exceptional for me. Definitely worth a listen. Such an unusual listen and way ahead of it's time in many ways.

SMiLE by the Beach Boys. cant stop playing this. most pop avant garde thing ive heard...

seriously some of it is quite eerie, though i would go as far as mate who mentioned Ligeti in reference...

not one for hyperbole usually, but this is my album of the century.

I'm going to quote American Graffiti when I say "I don't like that surfin' shit."

I went out and got David Lynch's Crazy Clown Time today. It's typical Lynch and I like it, the first two tracks especially are great. He rarely disappoints.

Just waiting for my Blue Velvet blu now.

Is that out now? I heard the single he released a while back. I'll have to pick that one up soon, BIG fan of Lynch!
