They’ve never topped Burn My Eyes IMO, but there’s some decent tracks on this one, might be worth picking up when it’s cheap if you didn’t like the tracks already released

Yeah, there’s 22 tracks on it. I forget when and where the gig is filmed though

That's reason enough for me to buy it to be honest. The new album is a bonus.

I revisited the Iron Maiden dvd The Early Years last night.

It became clear whilst watching the show from the Rainbow why Di'Anno had to go. He lacked any sort of stage presence yet during Transylvania messrs Harris, Murray and Smith quite clearly had that magic something. You can just tell that to make that step up which they were obviously going to make it HAD to be without Di'Anno.

The second show - Beast Over Hammersmith - shows they made that step by recruiting Bruce Dickinson. He has that showbizz flair and had the crowd eating out of his hand in ways that Di'Anno couldn't manage.

One of my favourite Maiden DVDs, I regularly watch all of it and completely agree with every word. I liked Di’Anno, but they had to get rid like you say

I loved Phil Anselmo growing up his vocals were amazing and he had a wide range of styles but god damn it I can't stand this brainless stupid shit what a complete knob with this Nazi salute and screaming white power on stage. I'm not sure of the motivation behind this I have been drunk and high over the years ( WINNERS DONT DO DRUGS I WAS A STUOID BUM BACK THEN )and never done this sort of thing so there is no excuse here it has to be inside you already to pull off such an immature stunt. There is a video put still have trouble posting videos. Here's a pic of the act.

Has he done it again or are you referring to the Dimebag bash from two years ago?
