Maybe next time.
I have everything I want from that list bar The Woman in Black.

Can't decide whether to pull the trigger or wait till the next one...

The titles I need never seem to go on sale. The Prisoner, Jack the Ripper and Ten Little Indians. Not surprised at the latter as it’s relatively new though.

Ten Little Indians is worth a purchase anyway. Great film and a great print.

The old Network DVD’s have the stretched AR 1.78:1
The BD releases are framed in the correct 1.66:1

Yes this will teach me to scroll to the summaries of reviews on Rewind and not take into account they may be talking about old DVD releases. Apologies if anyone decided not to pick up the Network BRs based on a previous post by me

According to Rewind's review of the Network disc of Twins of Evil it's richer palette betters the Synapse release.

However the Synapse has by far the better extras. It's also about £25 more expensive.

Default Bless This House [Blu-ray]

Bless This House [Blu-ray]

This title will be released on September 6...

Another 1970s TV series has its film version hit Blu ray, surely On The Buses must be on the cards soon...???

Quote:
Comedy legend Sid James reprises his role as the perpetually bewildered head of a dysfunctional family in the hit film adaptation of the legendary '70s sitcom! Co-starring Diana Coupland, Sally Geeson and Confessions star Robin Askwith alongside Terry Scott and June Whitfield, Bless This House is produced and directed by Carry On maestros Peter Rogers and Gerald Thomas and is featured here as a brand-new High Definition remaster from original film elements in its original theatrical aspect ratio.

Sid's idyllic dream of long lie-ins and fraternal wine-making with his pal Trevor is shattered when Ronald Baines and his family move in next door. Things go from bad to worse due to some accidental property destruction on Sid's part – and daughter Sally's over-enthusiastic attempt to put out a bonfire!
