I think he is satirising scalpers on the very forum they use for selling, so is trying to make a point rather than sell anything.

After not getting any reply from my question on Friday, I asked them directly on FaceBook:

That was over an hour ago, and I have not had any reply from them.

I'm starting to think that Arrow are treating their fans with contempt over this!

To be fair I'm finding their CS to be a bit lacking of late, I asked them 4 times when they were getting stock of a film I had pre-ordered and was already available in the shops, a week after it was released and still having no reply to my question I cancelled my order and bought it in HMV where it was cheaper as well.

In regards to redeeming points I think they have purposely put this on it's own webstore with no points because they don't want people redeeming their points against it. It's clearly and expensive item to manufacture.

Hi Michael - I see you are once again allowing the Criterion Forum to allow abuse of me. Being that one comment insinuates I am the same person as Bill Olsen (after a discussion which mentions Olsen's "thinly veiled racism") I am sure would agree this is unacceptable. I have neither the time nor interest to engage in an online catty flame war (which this won't turn into - I have no interest in disparaging Michael). And my internet here is frankly not the best. I am glad Michael says I am "easy to ignore" - ditto for his good self - but this is the sort of abuse he is allowing under his moderation whilst working for a label I did everything within my power and abilities to establish. Am I hurt? Bloody right. It is really unfair. As an aside when I worked for Arrow I never dared say a word about anyone.
