Doesn't guarantee a box set, but it certainly seems possible.

Could be! Scream Factory are releasing it soon, so that could be a possibility. I'd actually buy it.

Well, arrow have got The Thing so maybe they are getting hold of universal's bigger titles. Psycho box set would be interesting (paving the way for a Jaws 1-4 box)!!!

Can't see me bothering with Psycho unless a boxset. I already have the original on DVD and in the Hitchcock Masterpiece set on blu. And it's a very good blu, I can't see what Arrow could do that would make it worth buying again.

Two owls seems like a hint at Psycho II which I already own on a standalone Australian blu-ray. Am content with it, wouldn't show much interest in an Arrow version.
