I watched this one recently and enjoyed it a lot,I guess Deodato was trying something different here resulting in an interesting and strangely moving pic. I actually liked Pleasence here (don't really normally) and Michael York was pretty good as well. Glad I picked this one up. |

I enjoyed this one, and I had never seen it before. The print used looked very nice indeed, which makes the terribly handled compression all the more irksome. In fact, I don't think I have another DVD in my collection which features such terribly handled compression. It would be nice to see this release redone.

Currently working my way through the Shameless releases in order. Thought this was pretty enjoyable if un-amazing. The whole thing of the police being always a step behind because they're contantly looking for a man of a different age was a good device that in the hands of others could have made a better film. Overall though, enjoyed it.

I have to say watched this the other night and was like a kid in the candy store, this was such a great little flick. Especially the soundtrack which was fantastic, great gore, great women and all together a fun ride. |

Had a watch of this last night. Thought it was great. Didn't feel similar to Deodato's other work to me, but I'm not an expert so I may be wrong. Pleasance was brill. The barmy rant was good - but not as good as the drunk-pinball scene in Death Line. Now thats Pleasance. Michael Yorks make up was really well done. |
