Just remember seeing Creature from the Pit on BBC1 when the story went out Susan, but I haven't watched the story for quite a while. I don't think I will anytime soon either.

What the hell is the Fourth Doctor doing in that still/photo. Looks like an alien (get to know you better) BJ.

You have to feel rather sorry for poor old Tom. Having to do such a thing in front of the camera, Jesus!

Could you see Hartnell speaking into an erect alien appendage?

In all honest, I don't think was part of the direction. I think it was more Tom playing up in front of the camera and ad-libbing the action

I really like Creature from the Pit.

Adrasta is possibly the best female villain the show has ever had.
