I watched HELIX

The new show from Battlestar Galactica's Ronald D moore.

Its.... OK. Part Zombie film, part warning about science gone awray. Sort of falls apart near the end.

Treb do you know anything about One punch man being released on Blu-Ray/dvd over here mate? My other half loves it but we can't find the animated show in English? It is quite funny how depressed he gets because he is so powerful!

What a show absolutely hilarious great acting and over the top blood and guts. This could very easily been just a cash in and a total disaster but they really worked at this one to keep it fresh yet not loosing anything that made the Evil Dead so great. Bruce Campbell is on top form and i am left laughing everytime he opens his mouth. The soundtrack is fantastic also i cant wait for a Blu Ray release and season 2. The only flaw is the episodes are way too short.

I'm watching this at the moment and finished episode five last night. Like you, I am really enjoying it and will probably watch the rest of the series today.

No word yet, but like most anime I would expect to wait months before we get a DVD or blu Ray realease but I have my doubts if we will see a English dub.

As my mate's well keen I tuned into Dusk til Dawn the series, now is it me or do the words 'The Kray brothers' pop into your head when you see the Gecko bothers (much more than in the film) as I watched the pilot all I could think of was Reggie & Ronnie

I really like it. The 1st season wasn't so good (in my opinion). Stretching out a 100 minute movie to roughly 450 minutes over 10 episodes did it no favours at all. The 2nd season was a lot better, as it wasn't constantly being compared to the fillm, and I'm really looking forward to season 3.

Interesting to know. It's a series i've been thinking of getting for ages and never got round to it.

I think I gave up half way through episode two as it was so slow, I may give it another go or go straight to series two!
