Wow, Connery by a mile. Those initial Bond films really were massive at the cinema. Am having a Bond evening. Watched an enjoyable documentary called Everything Or Nothing (on YouTube), am currently listening to a Bond theme songs cd, and the wife and I will be rewatching Dr. No later tonight. Looking forward to revisiting the film that started a 55 year plus franchise.

A View to a Kill is a decent Bond, I'm not a fan of any of the Brosnan films and have only seen Casino Royale (which I thought was ok), so for me the last released decent Bond film is Licence to Kill

I'd probably not dislike You Only Live Twice as much as I do, if it didn't have the extremely dubious changing of Bond into a "Japanese" man. Bar the fact that he doesn't look Japanese at all, he actually looks like a Star Trek Vulcan. I think the Team America film was lampooning that godawful Bond moment with the terrorist disguise which was applied to one of the puppets.
