I believe there's still time.It's only 4 days since they emailed me to tell me that they'll send me a replacement

i got mine from play last week but only just watched it and its the b/w version the only thing is i dont have the delivery slip anymore and i have deleted the email saying it had been posted,i assume that there is not alot that i can do now or am i still able to get this sorted cheers

Tough one really, as Arrow usually require one or the other. Maybe if you go to your order history and press printscreen, attaching that .jpg to the e-mail you sent to Arrow, that might do.

It's probably best to send an e-mail and ask if that would be acceptable.

I just ordered the Blu-Ray from Amazon a few hours ago. I hope that they are selling the corrected version though, I don't want to wait a while to receive the proper version. I have heard that nearly all of the online stores are selling the incorrect version, is contacting Arrow the only way to get the correct version of the disc or something?

No reply from anyone at Arrow from the 2 emails I sent.

Hopefully they recieved my letter and reciept and have some correct discs left!

Pardon me if I get this wrong but... Are we saying the entire first run of this has the B/W opening, if so why didn't Arrow simply recall em and wait for more to be stamped? I'm sure loyal punters wouldn't mind a wait, just seems to be a much bigger problem than it should be(not knocking Arrow, just an opinion) it's like they are leaving the punters to do the work of returning discs etc., might be the cheaper option but seems bad for P.R. But I'm sure the lessons are being learnt, everybody trips up sometimes.

I think the concerning thing is, despite the ending of the replacement program, there still seems to be plenty of B&W copies around. I think there are going to be disgruntled people fighting with the likes of HMV and whoever to no avail.
