Can we still send the defective disc off and get the corrected one in return, instead of sending the receipt?

Sent my 2 copies by Recorded Delivery and they still haven't been picked up/not signed for. Won't have proof of purchase for one since it was bought second hand. God damn it.

Oh how I love this computer age...

I have just sent an inquiry mail, asking if my mail had been received and all information was sufficient and asked them to let me know if and what I should do - and what did I get? The automated reply that was posted here, now I better stay quiet for a moment and concentrate on laughing

I didn't get a reply either.

I just forwarded my original confirmation from Arrow, with my address at the top and a little opening, with the subject ZFE Replacment.

I got a confirmation mail now, either they didn't send out an automated message in first hours OR my images where too big.
