Best I could do was to send the relevant page of my Amazon account order history - hope it's good enough?! Haven't heard back, so I guess that's a good sign.

So it seems my laziness in combination with my horrible memory paid off on this, sorry for all others, who did not have this luck... So I copied and pasted my amazon order details and mailed that to the given e-mail address... Do I have to wait for a reply, or will they just process it and I will find the replacement disk in my mailbox?

But I applaud this decision, sounds very fair!

Sent them an email explaining my lack of receipts, included a screen grab with my Amazon order details for the steelbook and got an automated reply saying they've recieved my confirmation a my REPLACEMENT will be arriving shortly, seeing as it was an automated email, I'm not worried that I'll only get 1 replacement.

Quick question regarding this release, has anyone actually done anything with the poster, seeing as there was such a fuss about it? And did anyone actually read the Demons 3 comics included in those releases, I know I haven't yet?

Remarkably I found my HMV receipt. Maybe I'm more OCD about keeping receipts than I thought! Just emailed it off and got the automated reply.

What automated reply? I do not recall getting any response so far?
