It's not just Eureka. By all accounts Arrow made a monumental **** up with their store like absolutely no other. Network had a MASSIVE sale on and I got my copy of Things To Come in a few days.

I keep meaning to get one of their very cool looking exclusive Touch of Evil posters . . .

Everything I've ever ordered from Eureka has been with me next day, pre-orders are normally sent out at least a week before release, and problems have been fixed instantly. I made an order of 7 BD's last year, and I received the wrong film on one of them. They shipped a replacement out the same day I emailed them and it arrived the next day again. Plus, I got to keep the incorrect title. They also replace any damaged booklets, cases or steelbooks.

This is why they won a whole bunch of awards this year as this country's best DVD/BD label.

As bad as the whole debacle (shipping, not ship) was, I still trust them, and will still get their LE's and some other things if they are cheaper

The whole mess with my ZFE LE is the first time I've had a problem with ordering from them, I even reassured other members by saying how good the service was, that came back and bit a huge chunk outta my arse!

Just to get back on topic for a sec. (trying to be positive) I meant to (but forgot to) say that I never thought the underwater zombie vs shark in ZFE was any good, apart from enjoying the bravery of the actors. It always looked a bit naff for me. This new blu-ray opened my eyes to it, because I've only ever seen this movie on crappy transfers, and scenes such as this show how you can see a film in a slightly different light when it's dealt with well.

I should also point out that I usually watch Italian exploitation 'trash' while enjoying a cold one, so my opinions are usually inconsistent.

Now, why don't Arrow do us a favour and put out the sequel, which I think is actually more fun, due to a bit of Mattei and Fragasso action.

So, apparently Arrow will be fixing it for future pressings, yet no mention of a replacement programme. That would be rather shit to put it mildly if so...

I think if this is true you will be entitled to a refund or replacement under SOGA rules as this is an admission of fault.

Yeah, I shouldn't have to spend more money buying a fixed version of something that should've been complete in the first place. It's still not good enough.

I think they will know this and i would be surprised if a replacement program is not announced very soon.
