But we haven't been offered a replacement. We've been offered the chance to buy a slightly better version of a film we've just bought for another fiver.

I double dip regularly, but not usually so quick after the original release. Edit : And I'm not buying into this one.

They've asked for a contribution plus a chunk of profit on top! How is that so hard to see?

As for calling BU in there, I've had replacements twice from them, sent without issue from the US to the UK.

I've never had any problems contacting the companies who sell region 1 through Amazon.co.uk. They all seem to have addresses in the UK for returns. Not that i've ever had to do this.

If i had (problems) then Amazon deal with claims promptly and always issue refunds.

£5 is hardly a contribution, I saw the standard BD of this for the same price in CEX in Huddersfield the other day. The cost of postage I would've accepted, not £15 so I can have the correct disc in all my copies

BU cosistantly say they have a new master of this and new print of that but usualy this is a bit far from the truth..........try asking them to replace the Blu Ray version of Maniac they claimed was the best scan out there....

Oh come on, if we're stretching it to masters and encodes then Arrow would have had to run replacements of half of their BD catalogue!

Let's keep it at genuine errors/faults please.
Baseball Fury and zane like this.

What The Blob said basically; replace discs when we've sent ours in to them first.
