Just finished reading Bruce Dickinson’s autobiography, great read and I’m glad he didn’t focus too much of it on Maiden seeing as I’ve read that many books on them I could probably write my own!
The last chapter, titled **** Cancer, certainly brought back some memories of my pair of battles with the disease back in 2005/6, it seems we both had the same mentality (and sense of humour) when trying to defeat the ****er

Running Free... If you can get hold of a copy.

In all honesty the book you seek is yet to be written as Running Free only went up as far as 1990 i think.

The copy I have has the Live After Death artwork on the cover and only goes up to 1985, I think you might mean Mick Wall’s Run To the Hills, which goes up to 2000

No. My copy is a reprint with Somewhere in Time on the cover.

I thought it might have been reprinted again but perhaps not.

Forgot about that edition

I don’t think it’s been reprinted since then, but I do agree that it is the best Maiden book out there

I ordered the two graphic novels on the recommendation of troggi.

I hope that you enjoy them, my friend! I, for one, love the scratchy artwork and I think that the writing is only slightly below the standard of the tv show.

Currently started Jodorowsky's The Metabarons, holy crap is it awesome. If you have never read any of The Incal series I would do it.

Couldn’t find anywhere else to post this, so apologies for it not being a post relating 100% to the thread title.
Today marks the 200th anniversary of the publication of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, here’s an article from the BBC discussing the book and some of the many adaptations over the years
