If it wasn't Arrow i'd probably be more concerned.
They are normally really good, so I trust that everything will show up in the end...
It is a bit frustrating though and they can't blame the Xmas mail as in comparison, i've had loads of stuff delivered that i've ordered since, two items from Australia on the 10th, came by 16th and a Diabolik Dvd order that came from the US in 5 days plus numerous orders from Canada that were each DHL'd and came within 48 hours!, to name but a few.

Postie knocked at the door, had a parcel...

NOT the arrow order, Medusa touch, hands of the ripper fantasist and seance on a wet afternoon from network, (an order made several weeks after the arrow one) told the postie to keep an eye out for packages with my name on and he suggested it might come via parcelforce....

Well I'll order those ltd bava discs but I'm probably going to give arrow a miss in future, this is shockingly bad.

A warning to those still waiting, I've heard others mention this but it arrived with the wrong house number on, the postie was very confused as it wasn't just next door address but across the road and a few houses up. Even though he knew I lived there it was still a bit baffling for him so if you haven't received anything it might be worth checking with the depot and warning them.
I've heard a few people across various different forums mention this now. It's really quite shocking. Mine has still yet to turn up, and none of this has me optimistic that it will.

I know for a fact our Postie will go by the house address and not the person, as for some bewildering reason our next door neighbours Matalan leaflets always come to our house as they mistakenly print my house number on. There are also people in the street I don't really know, not by name at least, just face, and I imagine it works both ways. They might get my parcel, and have no idea who it is for. Or get red carded and go all the way to the sorting office only to see it's for someone else and not accept it. Hopefully there will at least be a return address on it.

Arrow sending items to wrong addresses is really poor business. If this is what they are like now their tenure with Cult Labs is over then Facebook is welcome to them.

It is really bad, I know I was lucky because even though the postie knew who I was and where I lived he really wasn't sure about it because it wasn't what sometimes happens, the house next door to you, it was completely out but also another address on our street. Instead of 56 it was addressed to 63 so completely wrong.
