VIOLENT SATURDAY is a classic, lurid technicolour noir, highly recommended! When Wes Craven cast Ernest Borgnine as the Amish guy in DEADLY BLESSING, it was in homage to his role in this film! Aside from that, Victor Mature is brilliant. I'll flog my French BD and get this release I think.

BOOMERANG is also a noir, but one I haven't seen so thats the release I'm most looking forward to in this slate! Great to see more noir on blu

A great selection of titles there. I'll be in for Ace in the Hole, Boomerang, Harold and Maude, and Violent Saturday.

I have the Criterion If... otherwise I'd be buying that too.

My thoughts exactly!

There are a lot of people moaning that there are not enough foreign releases etc. but I for one think this has been one of Eureka's most exciting announcements for a while.

Why would people moan?

If Arrow released a bunch of titles i'd never seen i'd be delighted. That's just me though.

The usual: they want more foreign language releases; they want more upgrades from the MoC DVDs; they want the second WCF set etc.

It's always the same though, no matter the company and what they release, there will always be people who are disappointed and those who are elated.

Great comment over at blu-ray.com...."Far too much English-speaking cinema this time around". There's no pleasing people!
