Wonder if all the exclusive Lime Green set extras will be included?

Shame they could not team with Studiocanal and release a set which included Elephant Man, Mulholland Dr and Inland Empire too.

To be honest, I'm glad they didn't, because I already own The Elephant Man and Mulholland Dr. Studio Canal Collection editions, so it saves the double dip!

Avoided picking up the Inland Empire BD until I was in the mood to watch it again (seen it at the cinema and on DVD), same with Wild At Heart.

Based on the BFI Southbank programming (they're having a Lynch season at the moment), the Lime Green set and the Eraserhead 2000 set, if there isn't a bonus disc, I'd expect/hope for the following:

Eraserhead - include the Short Films of David Lynch set.

Blue Velvet - As per US disc, with deleted scenes and the Easter Eggs from the LG DVD.

Dune - Standard BD as per Germany I guess. If it was the fabled extended cut it'd be hyped up, and he's not going to stick his name on the TV cut.

FWWM - Again, the deleted scenes (two hours!) would be hyped, so I'd expect the film plus SE DVD features (no book though) plus hopefully the music video and 3 short films from the LG DVD.

Wild At Heart - has to include the 75 minutes of deleted scenes surely?

Lost Highway - same features as the SE DVD I'd expect.

I can't see it including Dumbland, which is readily available, or the Rabbits stuff (is that on the Inland Empire BD?), and I'd be surprised if Industrial Symphony No. 1 is anywhere, which is a real shame, as there's been no standalone DVD release anywhere in the world.

All we'd need now is The Straight Story on BD and I'd be a happy man!

I only own Blue Velvet and Wild at Heart on Blu-ray and everything else on DVD.

I've not seen Industrial Symphony No.1 since owning the UK VHS in the early 90s.

I've got the following -

Eraserhead - UK DVD
Dune - UK DVD, UK Spec Ed DVD, TV cut DVD, HD-DVD
The Elephant Man - UK Directors Series DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-ray
Blue Velvet - UK Spec Ed DVD w/ velvet slipcase
Twin Peaks - UK Season 1 DVD, UK Gold Box DVD
Wild At Heart - UK Spec Ed DVD
FWWM - UK DVD, UK Spec Ed DVD w/book and slipcase
Lost Highway - UK DVD (the old one!)
The Straight Story - UK DVD (Film 4 I think, urgh)
Mulholland Dr. - UK DVD, UK Spec Ed DVD, HD-DVD
Inland Empire - UK Spec Ed DVD w/ art cards and slipcover

The Short Films of David Lynch DVD
Dumbland DVD
Dynamic.01 - The Best of DavidLynch.com DVD

I think that's it? I got rid of all the VHS, and am in the process of getting rid of the DVD/HD-DVD stuff as and when I get a BD (with the exception of Blue Velvet and FWWM Spec Ed, I'll keep those)

I also haven't seen Industrial Symphony since about 2001(?) when I downloaded a VHS rip from Kazaa in about 40 little parts, haha

Dumbland should be on it hopefully. It was one of the specified extras in the recent BBFC listings.

According to*Play.com

I reckon it'll be about £90, but that is easily money well spent.
Rumours of individual releases, so i'll weigh up the best way when they're released
Although I already have the US Blue Velvet, the UK Wild at Heart and the French Fire Walk with Me BDs, this will still be an almost essential purchase just for the different extra features, hopefully more than on the individual discs and for completist's sake!

I also have review copies of Dumbland and Dynamic.01 but would love to have 'proper' versions if they were also included in the set.

I doubt I will be able to afford the boxet
So IF the blue velvet disc has the 53 mins of deleted scenes I will buy it along with eraser head, and lost highway.

I'll be all over that like a metaphorical fly on some metaphorical poop!

I have them all on dvd apart from Lost Highway, Fire Walk With Me and Dune (the only Lynch film I haven't seen) so can't wait for the HD releases. I hope the extras are good.

The bluray steelbook site has confirmed that the Universal 100th anniversary steelbooks will feature horizontal landscape art (like the recent Fast Five steelbook), and no inside artwork. It's rumoured that they possibly won't have any artwork on the back either. I know some people like landscape artwork (I think there have been a few German hardboxes featuring it), but I don't care for it. It's going to take some really special artwork to make me buy any of these now. For example, any of these two for The Thing.
