they have now set up a disc replacement program for Halloween 4

I tried sending an e-mail last night but, like just about everyone else on Facebook, the e-mail bounced back with an error message. Did you have any joy?

My email went through ok. A lot of people having it bouce back were putting the email address in all lower case letters.

I didn't think e-mail addresses were case-sensitive, but I'll give it another go with the first part in capital letters and hope that works.

I sent another e-mail about 5 minutes ago with the ABE in capital letters and it hasn't bounced back, which is a promising sign.

That's the first time capital letters have ever played a part in an e-mail address because I've had e-mails sent to me with various letters capitalised and they have arrived. I've also accidentally sent e-mails with the address entirely in upper case, so maybe it's something to do with Anchor Bay's e-mail account.
