Well it wasn't that bad,just thought most of the kills were rather tame (except maybe the first one) and the revelations were lacking a bit.
I guess I just was expecting too much since this was "the final Saw".

Oh yeah, actually the revelations were pretty bleugh - we already knew the 'twist'. What was your favourite trap, bdc?

Just re-watched Giallo. It didn't get any better or any worse second time around. It's pretty mediocre by anyone's standards, but it's a enjoyable little thriller. Some silly dialogue though and the killer having flashbacks of his mother taking drugs while he's in the womb?

Still, I'll buy the american DVD when I can get it cheap enough.

Still have to watch it but I'm interested.
Just read an elaborate dissection which stated it's really good although the US influences and editing may have compromised the original vision Argento had.
I have to like a movie first though before I start dissecting.

Yeah I've heard Argento had a different idea but the US producers (or whoever it was) had cut bits and left bits out without Argento's permission.
It does feel very american, it's kind of like Trauma. Except you know the killer about 15-20 minutes in.

Giallo gets too much flack I think ... If that Brody bloke would just be a man and get behind it!!
