watched Troll Hunter last night.
It was pretty good but did kinda slow down in the middle. I was slightly dissapointed as the trailer was awesome but it just did not live up to that.

I love Hausu - definitely one of my favourite Eastern oddities. I have the Criterion Blu-Ray, and it is fantastic; highly recommended.

That one part in the hospital gets me everytime. And yes I also use the c word at that bit!!

Thought I'd give The Card Player a 2nd chance earlier. Still not great but not awful either. I did find it hard to keep my attention on it, there's something about the pacing which makes me get distracted.

Also made me realise what a great sequel 3 was. Shame about 2!
Am I the only person in the world that likes Exorcist 2? I think its trippy, cheesy, makes no sense and is blinding, barmy entertainment.

If Argento had directed it, people would love it.

A guess people can't differentiate from the first, which is understandable.

I love all the films in the franchise. Except that one Renny Harlin did.

Default What films have you seen recently?

Saw FRAILTY on tv in the early hours this morning
Didn't think much of it, especially the 'twist' ending

Last night I watched Christine, it's only the second time I've watched it and it was as good as the first. I really like all of the car regeneration effects in it.

I also watched Kill Bill: Volume 1. I always really enjoy watching this, but I really want a blu ray version of the whole bloody affair with the black and white Crazy 88 scenes in colour. I know you can get the Japanese version, but the problems with subtitling would annoy me.

Anyone think we will ever see The Whole Bloody Affair get a release?
