I saw Wes Cravens The People Under The Stairs earlier today. Loved all of the spooky house stuff and the crazed shotgun weilding guy in a gimp suit was great. I had been told the basic plot before I watched it and it wasnt quite as creepy as I imagined, but the whole thing went at such a pace that it was never boring.

Worth a watch if you've not seen it.

Watched Cyborg, which sadly wasn't as good as I remember it being
Hellraiser 2

Kick ass. I tend to put off seeing popular films when they first come out. So that when I do watch them I won't be influenced by all the hype and try to pick flaws in them. This was a big mistake with Avatar and Inception and now Kick Ass. This film is actually really good, and not what I thought it would be I was pleasantly surprised by the role of Hit Girl. She is one tough little girl. And I enjoyed the scene with the music from a Few Dollars More(love the Dollars trilogy soundtracks).

Finally watched The Stendhal Syndrome today. Quite enjoyable but found it to be a bit predictable towards the latter stages.

Last night I watched Inglourious Basterds on DB (pq is awesome). I have seen it a few times now and it's getting better with each viewing. I really like Brad Pitt's character, especially when they have to go to the film premiere.

There's a possibility it mabe be my third favourite Tarantino film after Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs knocking Kill Bill Volume 1 into fourth.

I saw over the weekend

Mr Majestyk - one of Bronson's best films imo.
Black Death - will tear you apart
Support your local gunfighter - nowhere near as good as syl sheriff
The House on Skull Mountain - decent 70's voodoo film
From Paris with Love - was hoping for another In Bruges type film, sadly not.
Drillbit Taylor - reasonable amiable comedy
The Scar Crow - what i hoped Lesbian Vampire Killers would be like, witchcraft, nudity and plentiful gore
