bit of a cheat this, but have started watching Twin Peaks again, dug out the UK pilot (had it on dvdr for a while), and this started me off, watched all 7 episodes of 1st series over las ttwo days, will probably watch 2nd over weekend.

It's still such an odd programme! Forget other "event" tv things like Lost, or the shrill misfire Wild Palms, this is the real deal!

This will be the 5th time i've watched TP since its original transmission over here, ever time i see something new and disturbing in it.....

Love The Gauntlet, The Enforcer is passable, but I'd put The Dead Pool above it.

I just watched RETURN OF THE JEDI for the first time in about 12 years and it was a great as I remembered but how long has Hayden Christensen replaced the original Anakin? And who's stupid idea was it add the 'NOOOOOOOOOOO' when Vader picks up the Emperor? Almost ruins the scene!

I think Hayden has been in it from 2004. And almost ruins it? Completely ruins it more like. Just one of the reasons I will NEVER buy these again, and I'm a big Star Wars fan! As Withnail would say, he can stick them up his arse for free, and f**k off while he's doing it!

Watched anonymous, didn't love it half as much as the critics seemed to, then CONTAGION, much better, in the mould of classic disaster movies like china syndrome, it follows the course of a serious epidemic and the people it affects.

Now watching the rum diaries. Not loving this as much as fear and loathing but its ok I guess.

I was being kind - I do think it ruins it

I hadn't seen them for years and as the 1997 'Special Editions' are what got me into SW so I didn't have a problem buying them (I do like the original versions, too) but I had no idea he tampered with them again.
