It will definantly cheer you up, unless you've heard the angel of death theory

Oh dear

I actually stopped buying it, because I could no longer find them in that spine size, and then I started reading them online etc.

1&2 in English were in my "to sell" pile, but I took 1 out when I got the Japanese one.

Also, while we are on the topic of Black Laggoon delays, WHERE THE HELL IS ROBERTA'S BLOOD TRAIL FUNIMATION!? YOU PROMISED IT A YEAR AGO!!

They appear to be on BD elsewhere...it is indeed long overdue...incidently, I would highly recomend this to Goji as a great 80's action throwback, assuming he's into that stuff.

Honestly, it's not that noticable in animation sense. I'm almost certain the features are blown OOP to make them more like the mangaka intended. There's also some epic scenes in the series;

Oh yes, the faces are strange in most, but wait until you see something done by CLAMP.

Or even worse, *shudder* yaoi hands

That's my issue!

Manga is unreadable because of the art style too!* It's not just the motion pictures. It's the whole style of artwork itself. The childlike features those horrid big eyes, the weird and disturbing and uncomfortable visual world and their inhabitants - it's the stuff of nightmares.

Let me try to ease my way in with Perfect Blue...

*I couldn't even read "Scott Pilgrim" because of the massive Japanese influence on the art style.
