Night of the Demons 2 (1994)

Brian Trenchard-Smith's film is more of the same really. College kids go to eerie mansion for their Halloween party and find it's the lair of Angela and her demonic minions. Superior to the first because the group of teens are better.

The best sequence has to be when Angela crashes the party and the music playing turns from pop to the Death Metal of Morbid Angel performing Vengeance is Mine and Rapture.

Meanwhile bad things should not happen to lovely Christine Taylor. But they do.

Repossessed (1990, Bob Logan)

Having never seen this, I stuck it on.
Lawdy. Every joke falls flat on its arse. Hilarious. Just not in the way they intended.

Tonight .... the Turkish Exorcist. Can't wait.

Necropolis. 1986.

New York, the punk era of the 80s of questionable outfits, big fuzzy hair and a film with ton of bad acting that nobody actually had a decent career after this.

LeeAnn Baker is a witch from 1600 and now reincarnated looking for people to kill and bring back her followers. Michael Conte is the Italian/American copper on the case of why people are dropping down dead from heart attacks as the coroner seems to think thats the case....how he got a doctor's degree is questionable. Jackie Fitz is the tag along who just happens to be there and new love interest and we got a priest who seems to know al lot about witches.

Found this on Full Moon via Amazon, saw this about 20 years ago and wasnt great, and now its laughable, a witch managing to grow four other small breasts and nipples to feed her followers. The kills are done off screen. Very light on the gore, except for a disembodied burn to a crisp hand. For a film that is about 1 hour and 15 mins long it doesn't get any better.

Seytan (1974, Metin Erksan)

Tired of Italian knock offs?
This one lived up to its rep.
Much like the visual version of one of those Top Of The Pops album covers (I've got one that has Death Disco on it ), this gaudy wee flick held my attention like no other, if only to check things off the list. Loved that the priest had a swipe of El Topo about him ... if you squint ... and drink as much as I do
I digress.
If you like these, then it's a recommend ....
