The one I showed was the old Warner VHS ......Those two are nice and the first comes as an inlay card on the ABUS disc, but I prefer the one I showed.

It was released simualtaneously on VHS rental with SALEM'S LOT.....

Two films i would certainly consider simillar.

The ABUS disc is fine as it comes with Frankenstein Created Women as an extra.

Watched Crescendo a few nights back, as part of th WB Archive Collection.

Not classic Hammer by any means, but still fairly enjoyable in its own way. Nice print, too.

They need to lower their prices for those films, considering Columbia put out 6 films in thier "Icons" series for the same price.

I agree, demdike - particularly when you consider they're all 'bare bones' editions. Hadn't seen this one before, so thought I'd make a rare exception.

Sadly the UK is pretty far behind the US ( and other countries ) when it comes to releasing Hammer on dvd.

Any news on the upcoming UK Blu-ray Of Satanic Rites Of Dracula?

I would buy a blu ray player just for that, having said that an uncut pristine print on any format would be more than welcome.
