Exactly, I’ll be very surprised if one of the announcements isn’t RoboCop, and like I said months ago on this thread, I’m only double dipping if it’s got decent extras and the original poster artwork, the current UK blu looks great

The only HD release I have is the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Robocop trilogy Blu-ray release from 2010, so an Arrow Video release with a fully remastered picture and sound and a load of extra features will be one to pick up on release day.

It's not going to be a new restoration of the film so for me it's entirely down to the extra features, if it has a 20 minute video of Kim Newman talking about Verhoevan's career then I'm in otherwise I'll have a little think about it I have the steelbook from 2014 which was a new remaster back then and it looks great.

I love RoboCop and it's a film which hasn't had decent artwork on any UK release since it was first on vhs. But since the Arrow release isn't a new restoration and the current remastered blu looks great and it appears some of the current extras will be missing I'm not seeing a massive reason to rush and upgrade. I'll probably pick a standard edition up later down the line purely for artwork.
