IIRC, weren't you someone saying I can't hate it last year because I don't watch it anymore? But now I do watch it, and think it's crap, you think I shouldn't watch it if I don't like it! How very convenient!

I really don't see anything remotely "classic" about this week's. Why, because of the historical setting? If anything, Smile seemed more classic-style to me, marred mainly by a typical rushed ending. Thin Ice was turgid NuWho/Moffat era "style" all over.

Well it would be a boring old world if we all liked the same stuff, be interesting if when season 11 comes what you think of it.

The same goes for all of it with that season.

The choice of Doctor is absolutely vital. Some of Capaldi's stories would be almost unwatchable without his performance.

Do think 11 is going to have to be something specail , if its not I can see the show not lasting much longer.

Ratings wise it's actually up on last year so far.

From what i understand all the new merchandise deals are already in place for new action figures, books and so forth.

I think the BBC want it to become vital viewing again.

This series is basically a write off, Moffat has free reign to do whatever he wants.

There are now rumours circulating that Clara will be back for the Xmas special - the location used for Eddie's Diner (Clara and Arya's TARDIS) has been booked the BBC for filming in the summer when the Xmas Special is due to be filmed.
