That's definitely a great reaction. She's obviously wowed by it but simply says the wrong thing or at least not what the Doctor expects her to say.

I love Matt's face when she says it. Just a tiny part of why he's my favourite Doctor,

My mate went to a convention at Sheffield Popcornconi think, yesterday and sent me a lovely photo of him with Sarah Sutton and Peter Davison.

I would like once a new companion not saying anything. The doctor is just blabbering away while in the background the companion looks around, goes back outside, back inside, back outside and back in again still looking confused and the doctor still blabbering to himself about the episodes plot.

Not really a very fair comparison, given Bill didn't "get it" at that point and assumed the TARDIS was just a clever knock-on into another room. Which is probably the assumption most of us would make.

You mean like the exhibition at Blackpool? Haha.

Although even if it's a clever knock-on into another room that room would still provoke a pretty extreme reaction surely.

Unless of course you know of many a room that has some coral effect huge pillars and a crazy whirry thing in it's center or is built on a couple of levels with metal stair cases and gangways running round it.

Which of course if it was then yeah, where's the kitchen?
