However.
If the Oz discs is anything like this, then the upgrade is well worth it!

The landscapes look INCREDIBLE!

Opened the tin tonight of these classic films, nice packaging!

The UK BD of Mad Max looks fantastic!

It's always hilarious to switch between the American dubbed shit and the cool Aussie dialogue!

I got the ltd tin the other day. I love the first two films. 3 has it's moments.

Mad Max 3 was never meant to be a Mad Max film. It was just supposed to be about a group of children living in the wild and how and adult found them.

I long for the day when they're released with this artwork AND decent extras.....No doubt Warner are saving that to coin-cide with Miller's next Max outing....

Is Mad Max 2 any different in PQ and extras to the previous R2 blu ray release?

No chance mate. More chance Mel appearing in the new film. :tonfue1: I'll stick with the US Mad Max blu-ray. Terrible artwork, but top-notch extras.

So, Thunderdome doesn't seem to be available as a stand-alone ? Damn... cos I have Road Warrior already. I have great affection for this film, it was the first thing I ever taped off the TV when I was 11, or 12 and I must have watched that Scotch tape about a 100 times (and yep it never did fade away)...

I often wonder what Alejandro Jodorowsky might have made of the film ? Might have been pretty cool...

Correction - it is available on it's own
