I have the US disc and didn't think the extras are that wonderful - still, better to have those than nothing

I recently bought the US standalone disc of the third film to complete the set - won't be buying them again.

That's actually what I meant. Top notch compared to the Warner blu-ray. Still need to pick up that Beyond Thunderdome disc as well.

It's available on a Region-Free US disc, Wes - you can pick it up for around a tenner all-in if you shop around.

I've not watched the Blu-ray yet but have seen it in 'Scope a few times having already owned it on LaserDisc and DVD - all three films look abysmal cropped.

hi Guys,im sure I saw a trailer the other week for a mad max remake?
is this happening or did I dream it?
anyway,it looked more like mad max 2,as it was set in the dessert.
can anyone confirm this?

Yes, there is a trailer for the remake - I saw it at the cinema because it was on before Fast 7. It looks good and I haven't seen the original Mad Max trilogy.
