I'm not convinced with the Glenn theory, the makers of the show seems pretty set on making it slightly different from the comics in all respects apart from the major story arcs. While I'm only up to issue 66, every that has happened to someone in the books has happened to somebody else in the show, it seems odd to start now.

I've just watched Series 6 part II
Alicia Witt was great. Jeffrey Dean Morgan less so.

Finally caught up last night. I used to be crazy about the show, but more and more these days I'm into it just enough to keep watching but usually while I'm messing around on Facebook (or Cult Labs ) while the show is on the background.

That said, I found the last couple of episodes of this season quite suspenseful. I've never really cared for Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but I think I'm gonna dig his take on Negan. What a great, evil line he had, just before he swung the bat: "If anybody moves, cut out the kid's other eye and feed it to his father."

Yeah, I wasn't too keen when I heard the news that he'd be playing Negan, but after his introduction I realised they made the right choice. Loved this clip of him talking about getting the part.

Means absolutely nothing to me because I have never seen it, but apparently the DVD (and presumably Blu-Ray) release of season 6 will contain an alternative version of episode 16

I think (but don't quote me) the release will contain 2 versions of the episode - the original broadcast one, and also this alternate one

Apparently it's down to language

The alternative version of Walking Dead just has added swearing. It seems that 18 cert violence is fine, but there's only limited PG level swearing allowed!
