I wonder what they'll do with Wild at Heart. Be better if it wasn't the censored version (even if it is Lynch approved) |

I'm thankful that there's nothing I don't already own on that list that I'm even remotely interested in owning. |

Unfortunately (for my wallet!) there're a few titles on there I'll be picking up. Used Cars, The Mechanic, The Train, Rollerball and Wild At Heart.

Nope. And If the TT disc is censored, I won't be buying that either.

Censored? I thought it was only the US discs that were ever affected (shotgun scene removed in order to get the R rating) and European versions are the Director's Cut...?

Upcoming Non-UK Blu-ray Releases Quote:
All blu-rays feature the censored version I'm afraid. The shotgun scene is there, they just added a smoke effect so it isn't as clear.

Hmmm... what was actually cut out then? I seem to recall reading that Lynch had some issues with the film both prior to release during test screenings and also post-Cannes where he was ordered by the producers to alter a shotgun to the head scene for the US market to achieve an R Rating. Prior to Cannes he'd already removed some torture scenes on the back of the test screenings (I highly doubt whether this footage would have or ever will make it into any release).
