Who Saw Her Die? (Aldo Lado) Always loved the trailer (as i hate kids....) but sadly this didn't really do it for me, though it contains a great piece of music in its main theme. Like Torso, this giallo was ruined for me by the obviousness of the villian from the start, c 'est la vie! Nice Print, Shameless has done a decent job etc but it will be a while before i rewatch it.....

I found Schizo to be much better then The Flesh and Blood Show (the other Pete Walker film I've seen. ) Still have three more of his films to watch in The Shriek Show British Horror box set. Frightmare, House of Whipcord and Die Screaming Marianne.

PEARLS BEFORE SWINE - Boyd Rice: Nazi Raconteur? Universal Trickster? Social Darwinist who just happens to make noise music? If you're into weird music and underground culture since the late 70s you'll probably have your own opinion on this occasionally thorny matter - despite finding many or most of his outward positions less than comfortable, I can't deny my endless fascination with the man and his music. This curio from the late 90s is worth watching for its Boyd value alone, although as a film it probably sucks - it tends to rely on Tarrantino-by-way-of-Celine type rants to carry soft SM and dull action scenes to a forgettable conclusion, and whilst it's always enlivening to experience Boyd full throttle I was a little disappointed to find myself wanting something more brutal... should've made more of its weird dream sequences with Doug P.

The Thirsty Dead ( The Blood Cult of Shangri-La ) (1975) This really felt like an extended episode of the original Star Trek series. Movie was tame in the horror department but still entertaining. A group of us on The Horror Forum had purchased Mill Creek's Pure Terror 50 pack and we are viewing and reviewing one movie a week. This film was co written and directed by one of the actors from The Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea TV show.

Watched Ex Drummer a total hoot, was recommended by mate's mate who said "this is the wildest film i've ever seen..." sadly for him i had watched Srpski the same week..... et-bleeding-cetera. A punk band need a new drummer in time for a "battle of the bands" is the "plot", but it's just a laugh fest from beginning to end, really. Every character is flawed in some way, just how i like it, up there with Fish Story to be honest. The Human Centipede: Full Sequence. God bless Lovefilm. They sent me this (and Ex D). This being the kids version, neutered for consumption in this cuntry, can i just say MEH. It is now merely JUST another film. Though was quite pleased that one scene made my rather boringly macho mate squirm convincingly... Also watched Terminator: Salvation. Wish i hadn't.
