I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this!

I did like McAvoy and Fassbender as the young Professor X and Magneto though.

My favourite of the bunch is First Class so what do I know!

I thought Psylocke (Olivia Munn) was bloody awesome !

The only thing that I questioned about X-Men Apocalypse was that Storm and Jean are with Nightcrawler and yet in X-Men 2 they have never met him before.

....Unless that was wiped out in DOFPast or something

...I dunno ?

Doesn't DoFP reboot the whole timeline anyway?

I guess it must have done. The Jean Grey in Apocalypse in far more powerful that the Jean Grey from the first X-Men film where she can just about move a pen across the room.

I believe Days of Future Past changed the entire timeline, so any further films don't have to be held by events in earlier films. It basically wiped the slate clean, so Apocalypse is the equivalent of the first a brand-new series of films.

Correct, but the fact that it doesn't even follow on from the events at the END of DoFP after the timeline had been reset is unforgivable, e.g. Stryker having Wolverine again.

And why does Wolverine have adamantium claws in the future sequences of DoFP when we saw him lose them in The Wolverine? They really don't care at all about continuity and it's ridiculous. I'm HOPING the next Wolverine film will explain that one, but not holding my breath...

I haven't seen X-Men: Apocalypse yet, but you're right – those parts of Days of Future Past seem to be continuity errors and should have been thought through more thoroughly and carefully.

There are a number of discrepancies with continuity in the series anyway. For instance between the two Wolverine origin films. In the first one we see how Wolverine loses his memory. Which means in the second one he should have no idea who Yashida is.

I watched The Beyond (1981, LF).
Arrow's blu etc. Never has it looked so gruesome imo. Then watched it with the Warbeck/MacColl comm. Highly entertaining!! Taken from the laser disc???
