What Films Have You Seen Recently?

Guardians
Russian superhero movie. The film starts with our walking mass of robotics and muscle. Stealing military stuff using his electric powers. Military heads bring the guardians a group of heroes to stop this guy from taking over the world.
This low budget movie clearly was done to be Russia's equivalent of The Avengers. The only major fault is it's characters. Ultimately giving off side stories for the characters but not taking time to develop them. Despite this it is thoroughly enjoyable and worth a watch. (Also one of the characters is a werebear)

Serial killer film done like a nonsensical advert from the 90s with imagery, at times, so beautiful you forget what the film is actually about...which is a good thing because as a serial killer/cop flick, it is below standard. That said, if Jennifer Lopez dressed up as a Satanic fetish bride, ripping off a man's nipples doesn't float your boat, you are dead inside.

I saw this at the cinema. It had some amazing imagery in it but was ultimately a bit flat.

Oh and my boat definitely floated. 'Anchors aweigh!'

Yeah, the non dream scenes feel like an after thought and even the dream scenes start to drag after a time.

I get the feeling it might have proved a more worthy film had it starred Jenna Jameson rather than J-Lo.
