When it comes to badly edited anime on GB kids' TV I am afraid I go back to Marine Boy.

Oddly I loved that programme as a kid but don't really like anime now!

Ah, Marine Boy, The Mole (Krtek) and Mary Mungo and Midge...that's what being off sick was all about!

I've set up a new thread under 'General Chat' so we can solely discuss childhood favs. You never know, someone might jog a few memories for you.

Just watched Don't Answer The Phone! (thanks again Daemonia). I bought it mainly because of the 'DON'T' title as well as the reputation I had heard it had. I thought it was pretty good really, nowhere near as sleazy as I was thinking it would be and I don't really see why it was cut so much (I saw the uncut version). There's hardly any gore, although there's a lot of nudity. I'm pretty sure it would get through uncut here, no problem - tho I'm no expert on this obviously. There were a few comedy scenes which I weren't really expecting to see either. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot, glad I own it now finally.

The uncut version is a lot stronger than the one released by ABUK.

I've got the BCI Eclipse one mate. And to be honest, I didn't think it was that bad at all.

Meh.
