Not so much as an 'is it worth buying' as which version would you recommend? Can anyone recommend a good release of The Last Man on Earth? The Vincent Price movie. I have an old ropey dvd from Blackhorse Entertainment. I'm region free for dvd but not blu. I'd appreciate any suggestions. |

Beyond me how little Herbert has really been adapted. Stephen King has had multiple adaptations of some of his work and I don't personally think he's a patch on Jim. Sent from my SM-G780G using Tapatalk |

it was released by MGM via their Midnite Movies branding on dvd but i doubt that's available anymore. Among several shitty looking copies on Mill Creek sets i have this dvd which actually looks quite good. Same goes for House on Haunted Hill. https://www.amazon.co.uk/House-Haunt...s=dvd&sr=1-117 |

I did get screen grabs from The House on Haunted Hill and the picture quality is the same as The Last Man on Earth.

You should just get the Kino Lorber Blu-ray. It's a fine film.
