I just bought the very cut Intervision VHS release today. It was in a bucket of tapes outside a charity shop in remarkably good condition! So I bought it to display at home like an ornament as it looks brand new and I remember the artwork very fondly from the early days of video. It cost me a shocking 20p.

The cuts are equally shocking too. The print is basically the same as the later Braveworld release. Cut by almost 4 mins.

I first saw it as a cinema late night movie in the 80's and the cuts were noticeable but much shorter.

The decapitation scene is remarkably grisly in the Optimum version.

The decapitation was one of the original cinema cuts and it remained cut in every print until the Optimum release.
