Presently part way through the pilot for TWIN PEAKS but the pseudo pre Beatles and fake exotica music are driving me to distraction with the sheer hollow shiteness of it.

As to the actual programme it kind of reminds me of Mike Leigh on Tramadol for reasons I will never be able to explain or understand!

The third episode of Happy Valley was horrible.

A sickening opening twenty minutes. Far worse than most of the horror films out there. I won't go into what happened in case anyone wants to watch it but those that have seen it will know what i mean.

Finished Merlin, quite liked it, tried House of Cards but couldnt get into it have since started Wolf Hall, slow going but I'm enjoying it and gone retro a little also with UFO. Dig the purple wigs! Oh and Game of Thrones from the beginning!

Happy Valley was superb.

Delighted there's a second series being filmed as we speak.

I think it's great, the quality perhaps declines during the third season, but it's still very enjoyable and actually quite smart. The film is also really good, although obviously it's advisable to watch the show first.
