Holy Haberdashery Batman!

I've been watching a few episodes from my new Batman (1966) BD set. Firstly it looks fantastic, and secondly having not seen any Batman since I was a kid I'm surprised at how good it is. Maybe I'm enjoying it so much not for the nostalgia of it but because of how incredibly camp it is. Robin/Dick is my my favourite character he gets all the best lines and Burt delivers them with such conviction you can't help but laugh!

I also love the narrator, and as soon as I heard his voice I realised that one of my favourite sound samples on White Zombie's album 'La Sexorcisto' was from Batman! Pretty much the all the rest of them are from Russ Meyer and George Romero so they're all still great

Miss Marple: The Mirror Crack'd From Side to Side. Pure class, as are all the Joan Hickson ones, and utterly ideal lazy Sunday afternoon entertainment.

been watching a couple of new shows Mr. Robot and Houdini and Doyle. Now watching the first episode of preacher, any show that opens with a priest exploding in a shower of gore, i think i'm going to enjoy

Watched the first episode of Preacher. Absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to the rest of the series. Hopefully it lasts longer than Constantine (which never should've been cancelled!).

totally agree on both accounts, think preacher will last longer as its not a network show like Constantine, its a cable production and they usually give shows a better chance. love the Irish guy

I haven't seen a single episode of This is England (which he appears in), but I recognized him instantly as Eli Dingle from Emmerdale.
