I think some might dispute the inclusion of Angel Heart. But I would argue the main character forgetting a key detail is one of the big plot twists of the film.

What about Lost Highway then?

Has that anything to do with amnesia? Physically changing appearance isn't amnesia.

It's a film that most people would list i'm sure if they felt it qualified.

He literally cannot remember killing his wife. The whole film has the theme of memory to it. Fred madison likes to remember things 'his own way' and its highly possible his selective memory edited the murder out.

The man from another place tells Fred 'they met before...don't you remember' and as an audience were reliant on Freds selective memory. Its highly possibly the entire second half is Freds fantasy.

It doesn't appear in any online list of films on the subject of amnesia.

You might as well include Dirty Harry as he can't remember if he fired six shots or only five.

I'm of the opinion that Lost Highway is, like Mulholland Drive, a film about memory loss and the implications of (unintentionally) erasing a memory. It's one I'm tempted to put on my list, one that is already about six films too long!
